Context
Estoril Conferences is an event occurring at NOVA SBE in Carcavelos that brings important peole from all over the world to talk, discuss and warn about the most important themes about our future such as Health, Politics, Technology, Planet, our Longevity... The event had already happened 9 times and the next one will occurr in May 2026.
Challenge
Create the vidual identity of the 2024 edition, build every asset needed for the event inside and outside, the website, the social media strategy and create the event report at the end. Also we created the event Manifesto and the themes openers.
Idea
Imagine a blank white canvas, when we think we are painting it with thoughts, some colours, we are mixing things but nothing is exactly perfect and well drawn. The visuals are based on this idea of returning to a blank space where we will think and project our thoughts onto that blank canvas and create a powerfull image. It's like a window for what is inside our mind and in this case it's full about thoughts that may change the world, for better.
Execution
The theme of this year was Time to Rethink. The main KV was done by Francisco Freitas, the Creative Director of WOLT and it ressembles this space for us to think and rethink about our future and our decisions. After this I was responsible to create every asset needed for the event including the pieces of the inside of the event, the outside, the social media strategy, the website and the final report that was square shaped due to the reference to the keyvisual and also to make it look more premium, when it’s open it turns horizontal to keep it foccused on the images.
